    Dear Methacton Families,

    On March 3, 2021, Gov. Wolf announced his plan to provide the single-dose Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine to school staff across the Commonwealth. Our district will soon learn when our staff will be able to register to receive the vaccine.

    Once the dates for vaccine administration to our staff have been determined by the state, the district will be required to modify the instructional schedule where students in grades K-12 will be 100% virtual (asynchronous instruction) for those identified days.

    This process is moving quickly. We could hear something as early as next week. We will make every effort to inform parents/guardians as soon as we know the dates so that you can best plan for these dates.
