NOTICE: The Methacton Board of School Directors, subject to the order by State Secretary of Public Health, requires that all attendees at public school board meetings wear a mask. If, for a medical reason, determined by a licensed physician, that a member of the public can not wear a mask, we ask that you submit a request for exemption via email 24 hours in advance of a public meeting to the Superintendent of Schools along with a physician’s note substantiating that there is a need for such exemption.
Notice of Meeting Location Change – The Methacton School District’s Board of School Directors will be holding all committee meetings, work sessions, special meetings and voting meetings BEGINNING the month of July 2021 through remainder of 2021 calendar year at the following locations:
- Methacton High School LGI - Education Committee Meeting, Policy Committee Meeting, Property/Transportation Committee Meeting, and Finance Committee Meeting
- Arcola Intermediate School Auditorium - Work Session Meeting and Voting Meetings

About our School Board Meetings
The Methacton School District's Board of School Directors meets each month. Committee meetings of the Board are typically held within the first two weeks of the month, followed by the work session board meeting on the third Tuesday of the month, and regular board meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday (except during the month of December). Regular Board meetings take place in the MHS LGI, and all residents are invited and encouraged to attend. Committee meetings may take place in the Board Room at the Farina Center, or the MHS LGI. Meeting agendas are posted to Agenda Manager, and start times and locations are posted on the District's website. Please confirm meeting time and location before attending.
