Dear Methacton Families,
The purpose of this letter is to provide details on a proposed plan for optional instructional delivery models within the district – and to invite parents/guardians to attend a virtual town hall meeting on Thursday, January 14, 2021, where I will summarize the proposal and answer questions submitted in advance.
Please know that we continue to work out several details with the proposal. I am providing the proposal summary for parents/guardians in order that I may clarify matters in the meeting to ensure the greatest path of success forward.
There are two sessions scheduled for the virtual town hall meeting:
- Session 1 - 6:30PM-8:00PM
- Session 2 - 8:10PM- 9:40PM
Please keep in mind that there is a limitation to the virtual meeting size. I will accept registrations on a first come, first serve basis to accommodate requests and will offer the alternative time slot or an additional date/time, should that be appropriate. The deadline to register is Thursday, January 14, 2020 at NOON. We will begin sending Zoom meeting registration confirmations by 6PM on January 13, 2021 through 4PM on January 14, 2021.
