• Important Information About the Act 34 Hearing

    The district is conducting an Act 34 hearing to receive comments from the public regarding the construction of a new Arrowhead Elementary School.

    Members of the public are invited to:

    Participate or view the hearing proceedings on September 8 and/or submit electronic comments to act34@methacton.org or deliver comments via hard copy to the District Administration Office located at 1001 Kriebel Mill Road, Eagleville, PA 19403 between the hours of 9AM and 3PM.

    Comments following the September 8, 2020 hearing will be accepted until 4PM Monday, October 8, 2020.

    Hearing Information (September 8, 2020 beginning at 7PM EST)

    • Watch the hearing live streamed on YouTube via https://youtu.be/Ry6yfC8gl3c (this method will not allow for collection of comments on September 8, 2020). You can submit comment following the hearing as indicated above.
    • Participate (deliver comment) via Zoom conferencing webinar. Connection information can be found here: https://www.methacton.org/Page/660
    • Participate (deliver comment) live on premises at Arcola Intermediate School Auditorium (4001-A Eagleville Road, Eagleville, PA 19403). Please note that we will be limiting capacity on premises as determined by the Governors orders to not exceed 25 persons in the auditorium at one time. In order to anticipate the volume of people wishing to participate on premises, please register for on premises HERE by 5PM September 7, 2020.
