The Methacton School District will be seeking stakeholder participation as the district prepares to update its strategic plan.

NOTE: Sub Committee Work generally consist of 1-2 meetings within the outlined time with specific dates/times/locations (virtual/in person) made at the discretion of the sub-committee members.

In order to give our community a greater understanding of the Whole Child Approach and how it will guide our work during the strategic planning process, Dr. Zerbe featured the topic in the first episode of the new Community Conversations video series. Whole Child Tenets

Each student enters school healthy and learns about and practices a healthy lifestyle.

Each student learns in an environment that is physically and emotionally safe for students and adults.

Each student is actively engaged in learning and is connected to the school and broader community.

Each student has access to personalized learning and is supported by qualified, caring adults.

Each student is challenged academically and prepared for success in college or further study and for employment and participation in a global environment.

The Methacton School District is preparing to update its strategic plan and will be seeking stakeholder participation. The district's strategic planning process will include several stakeholder participation avenues to help gather input and feedback as we set to build our future, together.

The strategic planning process will include participation in focus groups by various stakeholders and those dates have been established as follows:
