January 21, 2025 - Methacton High School has once again earned the College Board's AP Computer Science Female Diversity Award for expanding young women’s access to AP Computer Science Principles (CSP). Through these diversity awards, the AP Program acknowledges schools for their work toward improving female representation during the 2023-24 school year.
We congratulate the outstanding female students excelling in science at Methacton High School! We also express our profound gratitude to Mr. Kevin Metz for his exceptional instruction in Computer Science Principles, and to Mr. Paul Spiewak, our AP Coordinator, for his support of our Advanced Placement Program.
Methacton High School has received the College Board's AP Computer Science Female Diversity Award for the second year in a row, with all of Mr. Metz's students achieving a score of 3 or higher in Computer Science Principles.
