ARCOLA  YEARBOOK

       It is that time of year again!  We have already begun planning for the 2024-2025 Arcola Yearbook.  Our entire yearbook will be in color and will also have two new features that will make your yearbook better than ever.

1.     Yearbook App: When you purchase your yearbook, you will receive the entire yearbook at your fingertips through the Herff-Jones App.  

2.     Photo Submission by you: You now have the opportunity to get those great pictures that you took with your friends at school, at sporting events, or anywhere else that you were with the students of Arcola.  Submit them online, and there is a chance they may be in your yearbook.

3.     Online Order (Herff-Jones) or right here at your school.  You will now have a chance to order directly through Herff-Jones Company or you can still send the payment in with your child.

            Reserve your yearbook now!  Students may purchase a yearbook at a cost of $30.00 if they order between October 1^st and February 1^st.   After February 1^st, the price will be $32.00.   In order to guarantee receiving a yearbook, students must prepay by April 30, 2025.  Please do not delay!  While a few extra yearbooks are ordered, they are sold on a first come, first served basis in June; and there is no guarantee of obtaining one.

            It is important to understand that we must make a determination on the number of yearbooks to order by April 30^th in order to insure delivery prior to the end of the school year.  We emphasize ordering early so that we are better able to calculate a more accurate number of yearbooks to order.

            Please complete the student information sheet (on back), enclose it in an envelope, make checks payable to “Methacton School District,” and make sure your child drops it in the box outside room #262.  Checks are preferred and the canceled check serves as a receipt should a problem arise after yearbooks are distributed.

          Paying by check serves as an additional receipt for you.
