On Thursday, May 20, 2021, members of the Methacton Board of School Directors took a tour of the construction site for the new Arrowhead Elementary School. Board Vice President Liz Drummond, Education Committee Chair Jen Cancro, Property-Transportation Committee Chair Ralph Navarrete, and Board Director Semira Perdue were in attendance along with Superintendent Dr. David Zerbe, Facilities Director Bob Jones, and representatives from KCBA Architects and Fidevia. The new Arrowhead Elementary school is being built on the campus of the current Arrowhead Elementary School. The new school is scheduled to open in Fall of 2022.
