Skyview Upper Elementary School Special Education Teacher Stacy McGowan helped organize a wonderful surprise for one of her students. She secured a “travel chair” for 5th grader PJ that will allow his family more flexibility to travel with him, but the chair was not in our area. The chair was available at the non-profit United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) near Harrisburg -- but Ms. McGowan had no way of getting out there to pick it up. She called the Office of PA St. Rep. Matt Bradford and explained her dilemma. Rep. Bradford’s office graciously offered to pick up the chair and personally delivered it to PJ at Skyview Upper Elementary School on the morning of Wednesday, December 11, 2019.
