The Assistant to the Superintendent for Personnel and his staff are responsible for recruiting, hiring, coordinating benefits, and handling personnel matters for all district employees.

    Montgomery County Annual Diversity Recruitment Fair

    Our district is proud to participate in the Montgomery County Annual Diversity Recruitment Fair on Wednesday, March 21st  from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.  Current teachers and administrators, college students majoring in education, and other educational professionals are invited to speak with school district administrators about professional opportunities within our schools. The event will take place on Wednesday, March 21st from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit located at  2 West Lafayette Street in Norristown, PA.  Parking is available free of change directly next to the building, and is a 2 minute walk from Norristown Transportation Center.

     The department also provides services in, but not limited to, the following areas:  assisting teachers with state licensure issues, worker's compensation and unemployment compensation.
