Website Review Request
Methacton School District utilizes best in class content filter services in compliance with Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA) to block inappropriate content. The district recognizes that filtering content is a constant challenge, and there is no perfect solution.
However, a partnership among parents/guardians and the District can help address content concerns by providing parents and students the ability to submit sites/URLs for review.
Submit a Site Review Request
- Log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal
- Select "Forms" on the left sidebar, and select the form titled "Parent/Guardian Site Review Request."
- Enter the website URL. Enter the URL to the specific page of concern if possible.
- Describe what concerned you about the site or page. If you cannot link directly to the content of concern, please describe how to locate it.
A member of our Technology team will review the website and determine whether it warrants restricting access.
