Getting Started with the New Methacton LaunchPad (Staff) 

Accessing the LaunchPad

The new LaunchPad is available here:

https://launchpad.classlink.com/methacton

Enter your Username and Password, then click the Sign In button.

Setting Password Recovery Mobile Phone Number

After signing into the LaunchPad select the profile icon in the top right corner and then select the “My Profile” button. On the left menu, select the "Password Recovery Setup" option. Here you will enter a mobile phone number to be used if you forget your password. The LaunchPad will only use your phone number to send you a text message to help you access your account if you forget your password. Enter a mobile number and click Save. You will receive a text message with a verification code. Click "Verify" and enter the verification code sent to your mobile number. Once verified, you will be able to reset your own password in the future by selecting the "Help, I forgot my password" feature on the login page. 

Changing Your Password

We are requesting staff change their password after completing the "Password Recovery Setup" step above. You are now able to change your password right there on the LaunchPad in the My Profile section where you set your Password Recovery. To change your password, select the “Security” option from the left menu. On this page select “Reset Password”, enter your existing password, your new password, and submit.

Please submit a Service Desk ticket using your Methacton email account or have another staff member submit a ticket on your behalf if you are unable to access your email.
