Clearance Information
Below are the three required clearances, along with links to apply for them online.
Please note:
- Clearances for new employees must have been completed within one year of start date.
- Clearances must be completed for employment purposes. Clearances for volunteering will not suffice.
- The State of PA Dept. of Education requires clearances to be updated every five (5) years from the date of issue. Legislation impacts the frequency with which school district employees, contractors and volunteers are required to submit updated clearances.
- The district does not reimburse the cost of clearances, and clearances are required of all staff.
