The following is a list of items required for all certificated applications:

Properly completed PA Teaching Application
Copy of Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
Letter of Interest
Resume
College/University Transcripts
Praxis scores
Criminal History Background Check* (Act 34) (see information & link below)
Current Child Abuse Clearance* (Act 151) (see information below)
FBI Fingerprint Clearance* (Act 114) (see information & link below)
Two Letters of Recommendation (or more)
DD214 Form, if Military Service is Applicable

Support Staff Applicants

Methacton School District has a wide range of Support Staff opportunities; such as, but not limited to:

Secretarial/Clerical staff
Instructional Assistants
Non-Instructional Assistants
Personal Care Aides
Recess Aides
Bus Aides
Custodial/Maintenance staff
Grounds Crew staff
Technology Dept. staff

Application for these positions can be made online here. Along with the application form, applicants must also have the following clearances:

PA Criminal Background Check
Child Abuse History Clearance
FBI Fingerprint Clearance.

These clearances are good for 5 years from date of issue. Only current clearances will be accepted.
