ARCOLA INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL - MASONRY REPAIRS
The Methacton School District is soliciting sealed bids for Work Scope 1 for the Arcola Intermediate School Masonry Repairs Project located in Lower Providence Township, Montgomery County, PA. Sealed Bids for all work scopes shall be delivered to Bill Niswender, Senior Project Manager, no later than 1:00 PM prevailing time on Tuesday March 31, 2026, to the Methacton School Facility Building,4001-C Eagleville Road; Eagleville, PA 19403, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at the Arcola Intermediate School, located at 4001-A Eagleville Road; Eagleville, PA 19403 at 11:00 AM prevailing time on Wednesday March 4, 2026. Attendance by all Prime Bidders is mandatory.
Construction will be bid for the following Work Scopes.
Work Scope No. 1: General Construction
The Project Construction Manager is ICS Consulting LLC, 1400 North Providence Road, Building 2, Suite 4045 Media, PA 19063, Phone: 610-424-4172.
Documents will be available digitally through the ICS Project Procore site.
