Post Prom Planning Meeting Schedule  

Below are our upcoming Post Prom committee meeting dates.  All interested parties are welcome to attend (committee chairs, committee members, active/new volunteers, those considering volunteering, parents, etc).

Meetings are located in the Methacton HS Library.  Use the main entrance to get to the Library. Click here for picture of MHS entrances so you know which door to use.

• 7:00pm Tuesday, October 8, 2024 -- POST PROM 101 (Information Session for anyone that may be interested in volunteering during the event or to help plan it)
• 7:00pm Tuesday, November 12, 2024 
• 7:00pm Tuesday, January 14, 2025
• 7:00pm Tuesday, February 11, 2025
• 7:00pm Tuesday, March 11, 2025
• 7:00pm Tuesday, April 8, 2025 - VOLUNTEER TRAINING MEETING!
• Friday, April 25, 2025 - Prom & Post Prom!
• 7:00PM Tuesday, May 13, 2025 - YEAR END WRAP UP
