• WIDA ACCESS 2.0  for ELs

The ACCESS 2.0 is a standardized English proficiency test taken every year by all ELD students in Pennsylvania to measure students' progress and the effectiveness of the ELD program.

The test is divided into four sections:  listening, speaking, reading and writing, and assesses both social and academic language skills.

The test is usually given between the months of January and March and the results of this assessment are used for planning instruction, placing students, and reclassifying students.
