Methacton School District

On September 7, 2022, PA State Representative Matt Bradford presented the Methacton School District with a check in the amount of $100,000 to assist in the construction of a new, more accessible playground at Worcester Elementary School. The construction is scheduled to begin in June of 2023. This playground will serve not only all our Worcester students for years to come, but act as a symbol of support and cooperation among the Methacton Home and School Association, State Representative Bradford’s Office and the Methacton School District.  The cooperation among these parties all share in the recognition that play and physical exercise are important aspects of a child’s education. This playground will be ready for students and the Worcester community for the start of the 2023-2024 school year.
