This office serves the students, staff, and the community of the Methacton School District in providing advocacy, oversight, and focus on matters of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Summary Purpose
- To provide student/staff and program support.
- Promote positive school culture and diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices.
- Provide accountability through reporting, documentation, and communication for continual improvement.
For matters of discrimination or otherwise concern, student matters should be reported to the building Principal and staff matters to the district’s Human Resources department.

Alexis Washington
K-12 DEI & Climate Counselor
Alexis Washington, K-12 DEI and Climate CounselorAlexis Washington is an educator and counselor with a passion for equity, inclusion, and belonging. Prior to joining Methacton School District in August 2022, she served as an elementary school counselor at a K-8 school with the School District of Philadelphia. Alexis has served as lead counselor, internship supervisor, and the representative for counselors in the district's Learning Network 2. Outside of her role as a counselor, Alexis served on the School District of Philadelphia's Equity Coalition and launched events such as the Justice Forum. Alexis is a Philadelphia-area native and fan of the Philadelphia Union. She is also an adjunct professor at Eastern University. Alexis is thrilled to be here with Methacton to support an environment of openness and acceptance. Ché Regina
Assistant Superintendent and Title IX Coordinator
Ché Regina, Assistant Superintendent and Title IX Coordinator
Ché Regina is the Assistant Superintendent of the Methacton School District. He was appointed to the position in January of 2021. He joined the district in July 2018 and served as the Director of Labor Relations and Human Resources. As the Director of Labor Relations and Human Resources, Ché held a number of officer positions within the district, such as Safety and Security Coordinator, Title IX Officer, EEOC Officer, and Interim Right-to-Know Officer. Before joining Methacton, Ché served as a Human Resources Director for the Keystone Central School District. He has been a Principal, Athletic Director, Physics teacher, Mathematics teacher, Varsity football and basketball coach, and Mathematics Department chair.
Ché earned two undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Physics from Mansfield University. He has also earned two Master’s degrees – one in Educational Leadership from California University of Pennsylvania and the second in Business Administration from Penn State.
Ché’s professional and educational background offers a well-balanced leadership mindset that will certainly benefit the Methacton school district in the years to come.
