A Four-Pronged Approach


    Methacton School District seeks to ensure the STEM vision and the Strategic Planning objective are met using a four-pronged approach:


    1. Focus on teaching and learning across all levels, subjects, and disciplines that leverage the 4C’s—collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and creativity.
    2. Encourage teacher STEM certification endorsement at all levels.
    3. Engage teachers in Educator in the Workplace opportunities to inform and provide the application of knowledge and skill.
    4. Develop STEM-related programming and activities that support the progression of knowledge, skill, and engagement of students at all levels of the district.
