Misssion Statement

The Special Education Alliance is excited to share information about our next meeting on Thursday, February 20 at 7:00 p.m. We will meet in the LGI room at Arcola Intermediate School. We have planned for a snow date just in case for February 27th.
Join us to discuss our topic: Building Executive Function Skills presented by Michael Grady McLeod.  Come to UNDERSTAND the importance of executive function in activities such as planning, organizing, strategizing, paying attention and remembering details. LEARN the connection between language and ADHD. BUILD crucial executive function skills in your child to help foster independence and success.
     We welcome parents and educators!

We are looking for H & S Boards to help us recruit volunteers to participate with us on the SEA Planning Committee especially from our Elementary Schools and to help give direction to future meeting topics and presenters. Any interested parents or caregivers can reach us at: seamethacton@gmail.com
