How do I add money to my student’s account?
Option 1: Add funds to the account online: www.payschoolscentral.com. A small fee is charged by the vendor to use this option. Also, they are now accepting credit cards with a transactional fee charged by the vendor.
Option 2: Mail a check or money order made out to Methacton School District to the following address:
Food Services at Methacton School District
4001-A Eagleville Road
Eagleville, PA 19403
Option 3: Pay by cash or check directly to a cafeteria staff member, asking that the funds be added to the account. Money may also be handed to your child’s teacher. Please send cash or check in an envelope labeled with the student’s first and last name.

We are Free or Reduced and were charged, why?
Is your student taking a complete meal? Only complete meals are covered under the program.
Meals that are orange on the menu can qualify for a free meal (link: menus); however, the meal must meet the required qualifications:
- Grades K – 8: A complete meal is an entrée, 1 fruit, 1 vegetable and a 4 oz drink (milk or juice).
- Grades 9 – 12: A complete meal is an entrée and at least one of the following items: 1 fruit, 1 vegetable or a 4 oz drink (milk or juice). A student can take all three items, but must take at least one to qualify as a complete meal.
- A premium, a la carte entrée only meal is not part of the program. If taken, your student will be charged the appropriate price for the item.

Negative Balance Accounts
Negative balances can build up over time. Each year, the balance for all students is carried over to the next year. This includes negative balances.
Qualifying for Free or Reduced does not waive prior expenses incurred on your student’s account.
Parents are responsible for the amount due on their student's account.
