Arcola's Philanthropy Club is a remarkable group of students dedicated to making a positive impact in their community. This year, the club focused on three important themes: mental health, homelessness, and substance abuse. The students demonstrated their commitment by investing three hours of their time building furniture they purchased to donate to Gaudenzia's Montgomery County Outpatient Clinic in Norristown. With great care and effort, they assembled chairs, couches, a kitchen table and chairs, and even adorned the space with decorations and fake plants to create a warm and welcoming environment. Going above and beyond, one student contributed a beautiful painting, adding an artistic touch to the clinic. Through their compassionate actions, the members of Arcola's Philanthropy Club exemplify the true spirit of generosity and empathy, leaving a lasting impact on those in need.
